Text of section effective on September 01, 2007

1. (a) The name of a cooperative association must contain:

   1. (1) the word "cooperative"; or
   2. (2) an abbreviation of that word.
2. (b) A domestic or foreign entity may use the word "cooperative" in its name to the extent permitted by Section 251.452.
