Grade No. 1 potatoes:
- (1) are sound;
- (2) are practically free from dirt or foreign matter, frost injury, sunburn, second growth, cuts, mechanical damage, or damage from disease or insects;
- (3) are a minimum of 1-3/4 inches in diameter; and
- (4) have similar varietal characteristics.
