- (a) The authority shall administer a young farmer grant program. A grant must be for the purpose of fostering the creation and expansion of agricultural businesses by young people in this state.
- (b) The board shall adopt rules governing the operation of the program and selection criteria for grant recipients.
- (c) The board shall select grant recipients.
