20 : 10 : 39 : 36 . Measurement requirements for the 48 hour test. When conducting the 48 hour test, measurements to the earth or concrete surface must be to a metal plate, using the procedures described in § 20:10:3 9 :31. When making measurements to metal objects, corrosion shall be removed to obtain a low resistance connection.
