20 : 10 : 39 : 11 . Calibration of measuring equipment. All measuring equipment shall be calibrated according to the manufacturer's recommended calibration schedule, but no less than annually. Measuring equipment may not be used after its next calibration due date has passed. Calibration shall be performed by:

1. (1) The manufacturer of the equipment, who shall certify that the equipment meets the manufacturer's specifications for accuracy and resolution; or
2. (2) A calibration laboratory currently certified as meeting the standards of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and the International Organization for Standards.
