New or replacement switching systems installed after January 1, 1999, shall be capable of providing custom calling features. At a minimum, custom calling features must include call waiting, call forwarding, abbreviated dialing, caller identification, and three-way calling. New or replacement switching systems installed after January 1, 1999, shall also be capable of providing enhanced 911 service.
