Authorization of board to prescribe rules and promulgate regulations
Effective Jul 1, 19951995 Act No. 38, SECTION 1, eff July 1, 1995 (became law without the Governor's signature on April 27, 1995).
The board, as the governing body of the retirement system, may prescribe rules and promulgate regulations as it considers necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter.
