1. (A) In Bamberg County the voting precincts are as follows:

   Colston

   East Denmark

   Edisto

   Ehrhardt

   Govan

   Hightower's Mill

   Hunter's Chapel

   Kearse

   Little Swamp

   North Bamberg

   Olar

   South Bamberg

   West Denmark.

2. (B) The precinct lines defining the precincts in subsection (A) are as shown on the official map prepared by and on file with the Office of Research and Statistics of the State Budget and Control Board.
3. (C) The polling places for the precincts in subsection (A) must be determined by the Registration and Election Commission for Bamberg County with the approval of a majority of the Bamberg County Legislative Delegation.
