2. (B) The precinct lines defining the precincts provided for in subsection (A) are as shown on the official map prepared by and on file with the Office of Research and Statistics of the State Budget and Control Board designated as document P-85-09 and as shown on copies provided to the Sumter County Registration and Elections Commission by the office.
3. (C) The polling places for the precincts provided in this section must be established by the Sumter County Registration and Elections Commission subject to the approval of a majority of the Sumter County Legislative Delegation.
