(A) In Pickens County there are the following voting precincts:

(B) The precinct lines defining the above precincts are as shown on official maps on file with the Division of Research and Statistical Services of the Budget and Control Board designated as document P-7796 and as shown on certified copies provided to the State Election Commission and the Pickens County Board of Voter Registration by the division.
(C) The polling places for the precincts provided in this section must be established by the Pickens County Registration and Elections Commission subject to the approval of the majority of the Pickens County Legislative Delegation.
