1. (A) In Jasper County there are the following voting precincts:

   Pineland

   Tillman

2. (B) The precinct lines defining the precincts in subsection (A) are as shown on maps filed with the clerk of court of the county and also on file with the State Election Commission as provided and maintained by the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office designated as document P-53-23.
3. (C) The polling places for the precincts listed in subsection (A) must be determined by the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Jasper County with the approval of a majority of the Jasper County Legislative Delegation.

Code Commissioner's Note

Pursuant to the directive to the Code Commissioner in 2018 Act No. 246, Section 10, "Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office" was substituted for all references to "Office of Research and Statistics of the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office".

Effect of Amendment

2020 Act No. 123, Section 1, in (A), inserted "Hardeeville 3" following "Hardeeville 2" and "Okatie 2" following "Okatie"; and in (B), substituted "document P-53-19" for "document P-53-14".

2023 Act No. 52, Section 1, in (A), inserted "Margaritaville"; and in (B), substituted "P-53-23" for "P-53-19".
