(A) In Dorchester County there are the following voting precincts:

(B) The precinct lines defining the above precincts are as shown on maps filed with the Division of Research and Statistical Services of the State Budget and Control Board designated as document P-3596 and as shown on certified copies provided to the State Election Commission and the Dorchester County Board of Voter Registration by the division.
(C) The polling places for the precincts provided in this section must be established by the Dorchester County Election Commission.
