2. (B) The polling places of the various voting precincts in Cherokee County must be designated by the Cherokee County Election Commission. The precinct lines defining the above precincts are as shown on the official map designated as P-21-12 on file with the Division of Research and Statistics of the South Carolina Budget and Control Board and as shown on copies provided to the board of voter registration of the county by the Division of Research and Statistics. The official map may not be changed except by act of the General Assembly.
