S.C. Code Ann. § 63-5-601

Short title

Effective Apr 4, 20222022 Act No. 128 (H.3821), Section 1, eff April 4, 2022.

This act shall be known and may be cited as the "South Carolina Uniform Transfers to Minors Act".
