Short title

Effective Jan 1, 20192010 Act No. 213, SECTION 1, eff January 1, 2011; 2017 Act No. 87 (S.415), SECTION 5.B, eff January 1, 2019.

This act may be cited as the "South Carolina Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act".
