S.C. Code Ann. § 62-3-1304

Form of summons

Effective Jan 1, 20141986 Act No. 539, SECTION 1; 1987 Act No. 171, SECTION 54; 1990 Act No. 521, SECTION 72; 2013 Act No. 100, SECTION 1, eff January 1, 2014.

The form of such summons must be in like form as summonses for civil actions in the circuit courts.
