Proceedings against confiscated alcoholic liquors
1996 Act No. 415, Section 1.
For the purpose of confiscating alcoholic liquors under the ABC Act, the provisions of Sections 12-21-2900 to 12-21-2950 must be followed as nearly as practicable.
