S.C. Code Ann. § 59-53-2010

Definitions

1990 Act No. 565, SECTION 1.

As used in this article:

  1. (1) "Program" means a statewide motorcycle safety instruction program.
  2. (2) "Coordinator" means the administrator of the program.
  3. (3) "Board" means the State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education.
