S.C. Code Ann. § 59-127-530

Tax exempt status

Effective May 3, 20052005 Act No. 44, Section 1, eff May 3, 2005.

The bonds, notes, and other forms of indebtedness are exempt from all state, county, municipal, and school taxes and franchise and license fees.
