§ 59-11-30

S.C. Code Ann. § 59-11-30

Bylaws must be filed with Secretary of State

1962 Code SECTION 21-60.23; 1966 (54) 2676.

Pursuant to Article III (I) of the compact, the Commission shall file a copy of its bylaws and any amendment thereto with the Secretary of State.
