Every railroad corporation shall furnish immediate transportation for the Commission over its line to the place of accident occurring on its road and attended with any injury to any person of which it is required to give notice under the provisions of Section 58-17-3440, free of expense to the Commission and, if the Commission uses another railroad to reach the place of accident, the corporation on whose line the accident occurred shall pay the expense of transportation thereon.
