S.C. Code Ann. § 56-3-4320
Section effective until May 6, 2022.
The special license plate must be of the same size and general design as regular motor vehicle license plates. The Department of Motor Vehicles shall imprint the special license plates with the words "U.S. Armed Forces, Retired".

"SECTION 2. Articles 7, 8, 14, 15, 16, 33, 38, 43, 53, 55, 56, 63, 68, 74, 84, 88, 99, 101, 102, 103, 104, 106, 107, 110, 111, 112, 115, 116, 117, 129, 131, 132, 143, and 144, Chapter 3, Title 56 are repealed.
"SECTION 3. This act takes effect one year after approval by the Governor."
