S.C. Code Ann. § 56-3-2760
Section effective until January 18, 2024.
A person who violates the provisions of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not more than two hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than thirty days.

2023 Act No. 51, Sections 33 and 40(C)(1), provide as follows:
"SECTION 33. Article 30, Chapter 3, Title 56 of the S.C. Code is repealed."
"[SECTION 40.](C)(1) SECTIONS 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 30, 31, 32, and 33 take effect eight months after the approval by the Governor, provided that necessary solicitations are awarded in a timely manner in accordance with the State Consolidated Procurement Code."
