Section effective until January 18, 2024.

1. (A) As used in this section, "Motor Vehicle Manufacturer" means a person in the business of manufacturing or assembling new and unused vehicles in this State.
2. (B) A motor vehicle manufacturer may obtain and issue temporary license plates in the same manner and subject to the same requirements as a motor vehicle dealer.
