All persons who engage in the profession of housemoving on roads and highways of this State must be licensed by the Department of Transportation.

HISTORY: 1984 Act No. 420.

Pursuant to the directive to the Code Commissioner in 2003 Act No. 51, Section 18, "Department of Transportation" was substituted for "department".
