It is unlawful to set or use a trap or basket commonly termed a "crab pot" to catch crab for commercial purposes between May first and October first within Pawley's Island Creek and Midway Creek on Pawley's Island in Georgetown County. Individuals may set two crab pots to catch crabs for personal consumption and not for sale.
