Except as provided in Section 50-13-550, it shall be unlawful for any person to fish or catch fish of any kind in Fairforest Creek in Union and Spartanburg Counties, Game Zone No. 4, except with hook and line. Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars nor more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not less than ten days nor more than thirty days.
