1. (A) Out-of-state aquaculturists who buy or sell in the State must acquire the permit and licenses required under this chapter unless selling to or buying from a permitted aquaculturist.
2. (B) Common carriers who carry aquaculture products in transit through the State are not subject to this chapter so long as the shipment does not originate or terminate in this State.
3. (C) Common carriers who deliver or receive for transport products in this State are required to have the documentation required by this chapter.
4. (D) Persons buying, receiving, or selling out-of-state aquaculture products must comply with the registration, permitting, licensing, and documentation requirements provided for in this chapter.
