S.C. Code Ann. § 50-13-237
It is unlawful to harvest striped bass and striped bass hybrids in the Savannah River from the Augusta Diversion Dam downstream to Fields Cut and the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway. This harvest restriction is in effect until June 30, 2006.
