[This section is repealed effective July 1, 2007.]

1. (A) In Game Zones 3, 4, and 5 the use of artificial lights from a vehicle or water conveyance to observe or harass wildlife is unlawful.
2. (B) A person violating this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days.
3. (C) Nothing in this section may be construed to prohibit the lawful hunting of raccoon and fox.
