[This section is repealed effective July 1, 2007.]

1. (A) In Game Zone No. 1 the use of artificial lights from any vehicle or water conveyance for the purpose of observing or harassing wildlife is unlawful.
2. (B) Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than thirty days.
