Section repealed effective July 1, 2017 by 2016 Act No. 257, Section 8.

1. (1) Game Zones 1 and 2: daily not more than two or annually not more than five for all seasons combined; and

2. (2) Game Zones 3 and 4: no daily or season limit.

   Each animal over the limit is a separate offense.

Code Commissioner's Note

At the direction of the Code Commissioner, the 2008 amendments to items (2) and (3) were read together.

Effect of Amendment

The first 2008 amendment moved Zone 5 from item (2) to item (3).

The second 2008 amendment, in item (1) substituted the text following the colon for "as set by the department" and combined Game Zones 3 to 6 in item (2).

2014 Act No. 227, Section 5, in item (2), deleted 5 and 6.
