As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
- (1) "Authority" means the Lake Paul A. Wallace Authority, a body corporate and politic created to receive, manage, maintain, and operate the property known as Lake Paul A. Wallace located in Marlboro County.
- (2) "Department" means the Department of Natural Resources.
- (3) "Lake" means Lake Paul A. Wallace.
