The following are designated as scenic rivers:

1. (1) that portion of the Little Pee Dee River located between the Highway 378 bridge crossing of the Little Pee Dee River and the confluence of the river with the Great Pee Dee River;
2. (2) that portion of the Broad River located between the 99 Islands Dam and the confluence with the Pacolet River;
3. (3) that portion of the Saluda River located between the old railroad abutments located three thousand feet below the Saluda Hydroelectric Plant and the confluence with the Broad River;
4. (4) that portion of the Lynches River located between U.S. 15 near Bishopville and the eastern boundary of Lynches River State Park as defined on May 19, 1993.
5. (5) that portion of the Ashley River located between the Highway 17A bridge crossing of the Ashley River and downstream to the Highway 526 bridge crossing of the Ashley River.
