A person who violates this chapter or the regulations promulgated pursuant to it is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be punished in accordance with Section 47-4-130.

Effect of Amendment

The 1994 amendment rewrote this section, which formerly provided for payment of the expenses of the State Veterinarian.

The 1995 amendment corrected a reference by substituting "47-4-130" for "46-4-130".
