Commission to delegate duties to director; director to administer and enforce chapter and promulgate regulations
Effective May 15, 19921992 Act No. 388, Section 1, eff May 15, 1992.
The commission shall delegate the duties provided in this chapter to the director who may administer and enforce this chapter and promulgate related regulations.
