S.C. Code Ann. § 46-11-40

Compact to be administered by Commissioner

1962 Code Section 3-194; 1971 (57) 459.

The compact administrator for this State shall be the Commissioner of Agriculture. The duties of the compact administrator shall be deemed a regular part of the duties of his office.
