Penalty for violation of smoking restrictions

1990 Act No. 503, Section 5.

A person who violates Section 44-95-20, 44-95-30 or 44-95-40 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than twenty-five dollars.
