1. (A) Annually, when a hospital submits its Medicare Cost Report to the Health Care Financing Administration, the hospital shall file a copy of the report with the Office of Research and Statistics of the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office including the following information:

   1. (1) information detailing its assets and liabilities; and
   2. (2) a statement of income, expenses, profits, and losses.
2. (B) The Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office shall promulgate regulations to carry out this section.
