S.C. Code Ann. § 44-42-350

Medicaid reimbursement prohibited

Effective May 21, 20242024 Act No. 203 (H.4624), Section 1, eff May 21, 2024.

The South Carolina Medicaid Program shall not reimburse or provide coverage for practices prohibited under the provisions of this chapter.
