S.C. Code Ann. §§ 43-5-595 to 43-5-597
Former Section 43-5-595 was entitled "Locating individuals for purposes of establishing paternity or establishing, modifying, or enforcing child support obligations; information required from governmental agencies and utility companies" and was derived from 1997 Act No. 71, Section 41, eff June 10, 1997; 1999 Act No. 100, Part II, Section 105, eff June 30, 1999.
Former Section 43-5-596 was entitled "Information required from financial institutions for use in establishment, enforcement, and collection of child support obligations" and was derived from 1997 Act No. 71, Section 41, eff June 10, 1997; 1999 Act No. 100, Part II, Section 105, eff June 30, 1999.
Former Section 43-5-597 was entitled "Financial institutions immune from liability for disclosure of information to Department of Social Services; Department's liability for knowing or negligent disclosure of information" and was derived from 1997 Act No. 71, Section 41, eff June 10, 1997.
The sections are now Sections 63-17-2310, 63-17-2330, and 63-17-2330.
