S.C. Code Ann. § 42-1-330
Former Section 42-1-330 was entitled "Waiver of exemption" and was derived from 1962 Code Section 72-104; 1952 Code Section 72-104; 1942 Code Section 7035-5; 1936 (39) 1231.
Prior to repeal, Section 42-1-330 read as follows:
"Either an employer or employee who has exempted himself by proper notice from the operation of this Title may at any time waive such exemption and thereby accept the provisions of this Title by giving notice as provided in Section 42-1-340."
