S.C. Code Ann. § 41-35-400
"State law" defined
1962 Code Section 68-133; 1971 (57) 950.
"State law" means the unemployment insurance law of any state, approved by the U.S. Secretary of Labor under Section 3304 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.
