The department must:

1. (A) print and make available for public distribution the text of Chapters 27 through 41 of this title and its:

   1. (1) regulations;
   2. (2) annual reports to the Governor and General Assembly; and
   3. (3) other material the department considers relevant and suitable; and
2. (B) furnish this material to a person on request and make it available on its Internet website.
