Ultimate fighting events or exhibitions are prohibited in this State, and no license or event or exhibition permit may be issued by the commission authorizing an ultimate fighting event or exhibition. Such competition includes an event or exhibition where a person who is not a professional or amateur athlete competes by using one or a combination of fighting skills that may include, but are not limited to, boxing, wrestling, kickboxing, or martial art skills.
