S.C. Code Ann. § 40-69-200
Any person who practices or attempts to practice veterinary medicine for consideration in this State without first having complied with the provisions of this article, or who knowingly presents to or files false information with the Board for the purpose of obtaining a license, is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction must be fined not less than five hundred nor more than twenty-five hundred dollars or imprisonment for not less than thirty days. Each act of unlawful practice shall constitute a separate offense.
