Applicability of law of privileged communications

1997 Act No. 24, Section 1.

Section effective until January 1, 2017. See, also, section 40-57-770 effective January 1, 2017.

The provisions of Section 40-1-190 pertaining to privileged communications, whether written or oral, made by or on behalf of a person apply.
