S.C. Code Ann. § 40-35-120

Disciplinary action; civil penalties; documentation of participation in education or treatment program

2004 Act No. 293, SECTION 1.
  1. (A) The board may take disciplinary action against a person as provided for in Chapter 1.
  2. (B) The board may assess civil penalties of not more than one thousand dollars per violation, not to exceed a total of ten thousand dollars.
  3. (C) The board may require documented participation in education programs and in treatment for mental or physical impairments or addiction.
