Examination

Effective May 13, 20231996 Act No. 387, SECTION 1; 2022 Act No. 151 (S.227), SECTION 2, eff May 13, 2023.
  1. (A) An applicant who fails an examination pursuant to Section 40-30-110 may be reexamined as provided by the board.
  2. (B) Upon an applicant's successful completion of an examination, the board shall be notified by the examination provider.
