Jurisdiction of board
Effective Jul 1, 20241998 Act No. 380, SECTION 1; 2024 Act No. 223 (H.4116), SECTION 12, eff July 1, 2024.
The board has jurisdiction over the actions of licensees, unlicensed persons, and former licensees as provided for in Section 40-1-115.
